federation organization

It is a large organization and has a corresponding state federation organization in each state. There is no strict hierarchical relationship within the alliance organization, and it is a relatively loose network of relationships. A board of directors is composed of people from all parties.

Board members often have many years of education experience and good interpersonal networks.
