The domestic epidemic situation has been severe and complex, showing a trend of multiple points of dissemination, frequent outbreaks in many places, and local large-scale rebound.
Around the National Day holiday, the flow of people
increases, and the risk of cluster epidemics and cross-regional epidemic spread
also increases. We would like to remind teachers, students and employees to
actively respond to the national epidemic prevention and control call, plan
their travel arrangements reasonably, and spend the National Day healthily and
safely.
Promote local celebrations.
Encourage teachers, students and employees to celebrate
the festival locally and in principle not to leave the province or travel.
Minimize cross-city travel to avoid the risk of epidemic spread caused by
large-scale movement of people.
Do not travel to medium- and high-risk areas and the
counties (cities, districts, banners) where they are located. Do not travel
unless necessary to other counties (cities, districts, banners) in the cities
where medium- and high-risk areas are located and areas with local epidemics.
Comply with the destination’s epidemic prevention requirements.
After arriving at
the destination, people returning to Hunan from across provinces must actively
cooperate with the local government to complete two inspections in three days.
That is, after arriving in Hunan, they must conduct landing inspections once at
three stations, one transportation and health service point, or in the
community in a timely manner, and conduct inspections on the third day after
returning to Hunan.
The second nucleic acid test. Returnees from areas with
high spillover risks should not participate in gathering activities, enter
densely populated public places, and avoid taking public transportation before
completing two inspections for three days.
People returning to Hunan from areas with no community
transmission should not enter crowded public places unless necessary and avoid
taking public transportation before completing two inspections for three days.
In principle, they cannot participate in gathering activities. People traveling
by car across provinces should take the initiative to undergo nucleic acid
testing wherever they go.
Reduce gathering activities.
During the National Day, no large-scale gathering activities will be organized, and try not to organize or participate in gatherings and dinners.Comply with the basic code of conduct for citizens in epidemic prevention.
It is necessary to continue to maintain hygiene habits
such as wearing masks, washing hands frequently, ventilating frequently, not gathering
in groups, sharing meals, using public chopsticks, and one-meter noodles, and
cooperate with epidemic prevention and control measures such as scanning place
codes, displaying health codes, and nucleic acid testing. Try not to go to
places with dense crowds and poor air circulation; do not get together or
gather together, and consciously abide by epidemic prevention measures.
Get the flu vaccine promptly.
Vaccination is the most effective measure to prevent
diseases. The influenza epidemic in our province this year is higher than the
same period in the previous two years. There is a risk of superimposed
transmission of new coronavirus pneumonia and influenza epidemics.
Therefore, teachers, students and employees are
recommended to get influenza vaccination in advance. Citizens who are eligible
for COVID-19 vaccination (especially those over 60 years old) should take the
initiative to complete the full course of vaccination and booster vaccination
as soon as possible.
